5. All the extra need to be settled directly by the guest at the time of check-out unless otherwise specified by the agent (via email to reservation)

8. Please note we do not have proper king size bed in standarad room & deluxe rooms . However, when we have a couple we join the beds and we do have proper king size bed in Suite room only
9. All the rooms are non smoking and if smoked in the room then $100 will be fined accordingly
10. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice
FOC policy:
Every after 10 rooms and above booking will be provided one room as complimentary only on EP basis (room only) and then meals will be charged as per the meal plan.
Discount policy:
1. 10% discount on advance payment before arrival by bank transfer / cash / deposited in Hotel Ariya BNB account. Payment after check out will not get 10% cash discount
2. Special rates will not apply in Paro and Thimphu Tshechu two days prior and two days after
Reservation policy:
1. Reservation should be done on written via email to Hotel at: reservation@ariyabhutan.com. Verbal communication for reservation will not be valid.
2. Confirmation of room booking is subject to advance payment and by booking done without advance payment will be subject to availability. The % of advance will be as per the availability. The percentage of advance will be as per the cancellation policy subject to the said time frame and percentage.
Cancellation policy:
1. Before 30 days of arrival will be charged 20% of invoice amount
2. Before 15 to 30 days of arrival will be charged 50% of invoice amount
3. Before 15 days of arrival will be charged 100% of invoice amount
4. Cancellation to be submitted to the Hotel reservation's email
5. Verbal communication for cancellation will not be valid.
Billing and payment policy:
1. Agents are requested to clear previous outstanding for new booking to be effective and without approval from Ariya Finance new booking will not be taken
2. All bills raised by the Hotel will be in Nu.
3. 50% of invoice amount to be paid before arrival
4. Balance payment has to be clear within 10 days from guest check out date
5. Payment via bank transfer have to be intimated to Hotel's reservation / account's via email
No show policy:
1. 100% of invoice amount will be charged on no show
2. A reservation is considered as "No show" if the arrival does not occur on the date reserved and Hotel is not informed in written for any emergency delay.
Occupancy policy:
1. Maximum number of persons per room: 2 only
2. Extra bed surcharge is Nu.1200++
Child policy:
1. Child under the age of 5 years are given as complementary
2. Child between 6-12 years will be charged 50% on meal plan
3. Child above 13 years will be charged 100% on meal plan
