The rates do not include any and all other incidental charges (including but not limited to the charges incurred from the external telephone charges made to and from your room, laundry charges, pay per view movies etc). 5. No discount shall be applicable for extra bed and all meals except for children below 10 years (50%)
6. All cancellations must be informed 30 days prior to arrival date (during peak season) and 15 days (during off season)
7. Cancellation received less than 30 days (peak season) & 15 days (off season) prior to the arrival date shall be charged 50% of the total amount
8. In case of last moment cancellation and no shows, 100% of the total amount shall be charged
9. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice
