High season reservation:
10% of the discounted rate should be deposited within 7 days after the reservation and 100% deposit 2 months prior to check in date
Child policy:
A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age, sharing parents room is allowed
Check-in time:
The check in and check out time is 12 noon. Beyond 6 pm full night charge applicable
Late check out policy:
Extension will be granted until 2 pm if requested in advance, subject to availability
Early check in policy:
All arrivals prior to 6 am will be billed from the previous night
Cancellation Policies:
Any changes to reservations or any cancellations must be sent in writing through email to namselinghotel@gmail.com or fax 322007
A 50% room charge will be applicable if the rooms are cancelled 14 days (low season) and 60 days (high season) prior to check in date
A 100% cancellation charge will be applicable if the rooms are cancelled 7 days (low season) and 30 days (high season) prior to check in date
A 100% cancellation charge will be applied to No shows and early departures will be charged fully
